In December some hackers found a server wide backdoor to Servage, the webhost, and as a result, a whole lot of sites got hacked --- alas, including mine!
After the attack, the site was in a corrupted state that prevented many pages from being shown properly.
Unfortunately, I have almost no spare time anymore after getting a little baby, and I have not being able to debug the site before now. I am considering moving to another host in order to prevent such attacks to happen again.
I am sorry for all the inconvenience and I also apologize for the many mails I have not had the time to reply to.
BTW, the comment system is still down, mainly because of spam...

Multithumb image plugin for Joomla |
Multithumb 2.0
Now with even more popup types, watermarks, image resize, manual thumbnails, language packs and much, much more!
 Read about Multithumb 2.0
Multithumb
is a multi-purpose image plugin for Joomla that can automatically
create thumbnails and popups of the original images, as well as resize
the full-size images or add a watermark to them. It can even scramble
the images names so that people cannot guess their original
non-watermark locations.
Multithumb 2.0 is more versatile than ever. In fact, it is probably one
of the most versatile and advanced mambots ever written.

MosSnippet is a plugin (mambot)
to insert text, html or php code in content. Now you don't have to
worry about the wysiwig editor sabotaging your precious code!
New version 1.01
I found a problem with the way Joomla stores parameters. Whenever you insert a linebreak in a text field (like a snippet), Joomla
converts the linebreaks to <br /> tags. These tags can
easily ruin your javascript or php code. It's really stupid, but it
happens. This version reverses the process by converting the tags
back to normal linebreaks again.
This is fine, but if you in fact do need a <br /> you don't want
them converted to linebreaks. Instead you just enter them in uppercase
<BR /> or without the space <br/> or without the end slash
<br>. These will not get converted to linebreaks.
Also new in 1.01 is that you can now store 30 snippets instead of 15.

Now also for VirtueMart
RegistrationBlocker is a mambot I made on behalf of this request in the Joomla forum.
Its purpose is to prevent certain usernames from being registered.
For example, you might not want someone to register by the name
"webmaster" or "admin" since it could give other users wrong ideas
about their identity.

Mosval is a new mambot that can display php variables and expressions in normal content. It is a "little brother" to mambots like mosphp or kl_php that allow you to execute complete sections of php code. But often, all you need is to display a few values, and in such cases mosval is an easier alternative. |

New version 1.04!
Hopefully I finally got rid of the line break problem!
Htmlfix is a mambot that makes it extremely easy to insert html and
javascript code in wysiwyg editors. Just wrap the code sections in
{htmlfix} and {/htmlfix} tags and it will
work as it should!
Htmlfix now with "safe mode" to ensure that the editor doesn't eat the tags.

The users john, batman and whirleybird will see the text "Hello, nice
to see you again!" while all other users will see "Hi stranger!"

Letterman with Community Builder integration |
|
Soeren, the author of Letterman, has implemented this hack in the
official release and developed it even further. I suggest that you try
the official release first! This hack was made because I needed it
personally.
I have hacked the Letterman
newsletter component so it integrates with Community Builder. I have
not created the Letterman Newsletter Component. The credit goes to Soeren Eberhardt !
With
this hack you can use Letterman just as you normally would, but
you can also send out newsletters based on custom fields in Community
Builder.
Furthermore, I have applied two other changes:
- You can send a test version of the newsletter to a test recipient. Useful if you want to make sure it looks allright!
- You
can now choose whether or not to embed images. If you are sending 1000
newsletters with a lot of graphics, you can save very much time and
bandwidth by linking to the images instead of embedding them. On the
downside is that if you later remove the images from the server, the
newsletter will look bad! If you embed images instead, the newsletter
will look the same always.
